Custom Video Request Order Form

Fill out the form below. I review all scripts before payment is required so that I may take all details into consideration of your custom quote price. Videos must be at least 10 minutes in length as shorter video requests will not be approved. Payment instructions will be emailed to you after your script is approved for production and a production date has been set. Payment must be made before the date of production otherwise your custom video script will not be put into the production queue. Your finished product will be sent to your email within 2 weeks from the production date.

Does your script require any additional actor/actress?

Please understand that if you require additional actors/actresses, each individual will have their own hiring fee that is not already listed on this page for you to consider in the final custom quote.

$100 = 10 minutes (minimum duration) $10/min
$30 = Production & Editing Fee

Optional Items:

$100 Camera Hire Fee
$50 Name Fee
$10/min for Nudity (Otherwise, I consider wardrobe suggestions or you may send me specific wardrobe.)
$10/min Exclusivity Fee (The custom script ordered will not be featured as a future update to any of Mistress DragonLily's sites or stores.)
